Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during calls.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
