Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past due accounts.
• Accept incoming calls related to past due accounts and secure payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Problem-solve and multitask effectively during calls.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
