About the position
The San Francisco office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated firm designated one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience on either the defense or plaintiff's side. Experience in general or professional liability, employment or commercial litigation is preferred. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution.
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- 4+ years of litigation experience in general or professional liability, employment or commercial litigation.
- Admitted to practice in California.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
