About the position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to transforming spaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Fabricate custom components as needed for specific projects.
• Perform hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
• Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
• Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetics of remodeled areas.
• Install roofing systems as required for various projects.
• Lay tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas with precision.
• Apply caulking to seal joints and prevent water intrusion effectively.
• Finish concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations throughout the remodeling process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or a related field is essential.
• Strong skills in fabrication, hardscape installation, carpentry, masonry, construction painting, roofing, tile laying, caulking, and concrete finishing are highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
