About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Relief Accountant to provide support to our accounting team on a casual basis. The primary responsibility will be managing VLTs and handling daily cash transactions. This description is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be changed or additional duties added as necessary. Requirements

  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess a high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Business or Accounting Certificate or Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing VLTs and handling daily cash transactions.
  • Reconciliation of daily accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Counting cash and preparing deposits.
