About the position
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinic Rehab Tech to join our team! The position involves performing a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and clinical tasks to assist Rehabilitation Services Care Teams.
- Provide outstanding patient care and services.
- Work independently under the supervision of multiple rehabilitation professionals.
- Maintain good customer relations and patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of patients.
Requirements
- Six months experience in a customer service job, or medical related experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting.
- Ability to work independently under supervision.
- Strong verbal communication, customer relations, and listening skills.
- Good telephone etiquette, money handling, and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new equipment and software.
