About the position
The Manager - Rehab Admin is responsible for the growth, development and operations of Children's Therapy Services' administrative and support activities. Responsibilities include budgetary accountability, annual goal development and execution, continual survey readiness and compliance, employee engagement, policy development and direct supervision of staff. The manager works closely with the director to establish strategic vision and objectives in alignment with Children's Therapy Services. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the growth and development of Children's Therapy Services' administrative and support activities.
- Ensure budgetary accountability and manage annual goal development and execution.
- Maintain continual survey readiness and compliance.
- Foster employee engagement and develop policies.
- Directly supervise staff and work closely with the director to establish strategic vision and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
- Five (5) years experience in a medical office setting.
- Three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience in a multi-disciplinary medical setting is preferred.
- Experience with electronic billing and EMRs.
- Experience with third party and government payer systems.
- Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint preferred.
