About The Position
The Faculty of Arts, School of Music at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Keyboard Literature I (MUS3320, Section A) during the Winter 2027 semester. This course is a survey of keyboard literature up to 1850 and will be delivered in person. The expected enrollment is 20 students, and the course is worth 3 credits. The position is governed by the current APTPUO collective agreements.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Music.
- Extensive knowledge of the piano literature, with particular emphasis on the repertoire of the Baroque, Classical and early Romantic eras.
- Classroom teaching experience at the university level.
