Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Mississippi.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Previous experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation.
