Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute registration program operations from concept to on-site execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for registration-related matters.
- Train and supervise staff during on-site events.
- Collaborate with Digital Engagement or ITPM to outline technical specifications for online registration forms.
- Oversee registration reporting and maintain data integrity through quality control processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event management or related field.
- Experience with event technology or as a Digital Producer.
- Strong communication skills to relate ideas effectively to others.
- Ability to manage budgets and explore cost-saving measures.
- Demonstrated customer orientation and superior customer service skills.
