The Registrar's Assistant is responsible for processing and maintaining academic records and student information associated with registration activities in an institution of higher education. Respond to request for student academic changes, corrections, or additions to the student information system with supporting documentation. Explain university policy and procedures to students, staff, and faculty and maintain accurate documentation to distribute as needed. Respond to student requests in a professional and timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
