About the position

Currently we are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Nashua office. Starting Range $36.00 - $42.00. As a Registered Nurse in our practice, you can expect to be involved in a variety of duties such as working with our providers and interdisciplinary staff on the floor to care directly for our patients. We are looking for someone that has strong clinical and assessment skills, is organized, and enjoys helping people while making a difference with our vision, which supports the Patient Centered Medical Home model. Duties include office based nursing, triage, community outreach and following standard evidenced based protocols and policies.
Responsibilities
- Work with providers and interdisciplinary staff to care directly for patients.
- Perform office based nursing duties and triage.
- Engage in community outreach activities.
- Follow standard evidenced based protocols and policies.
Requirements
- RN or LPN license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an office setting or acute care environment is strongly preferred.
- Previous primary care experience is also preferred.
