Responsibilities

  • Delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients.
  • Day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities within the area on the nurse’s tour of duty.
  • Implementing the Plan of Care for patients assigned.
  • Coordinating with the General Manager and Authorization Specialists appropriate changes in the Plan of Care.
  • Supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel.

Requirements

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • BLS Certification.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Criminal background check.
  • Drug Screening/TB Test.
  • Driving Record check.
  • OIG Exclusion List check.
  • Sex Offender Registry check.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
