About the position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide oversight to LPN, CAN, DDP services and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including MDS assessments and home community care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits
