About The Position

Direct the patient’s clinical journey by performing comprehensive assessments that evaluate physical, psychological, and social health to ensure a holistic start to the recovery process. Design and evolve individualized care plans that align with the master treatment goals, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient’s progress. Lead therapeutic engagement by co-facilitating group therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based nursing care that helps patients develop vital coping and stabilization skills. Collaborate as a clinical advocate within multidisciplinary team conferences, providing critical insights that shape the goals and objectives of the patient's long-term treatment plan. Optimize treatment outcomes by continuously evaluating patient responses to care and proactively adjusting interventions to meet their changing clinical needs.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a current, unrestricted license in the state of practice.
  • Clinical Assessment Competency: Proven ability to conduct thorough nursing assessments and document clinical findings accurately in a psychiatric or behavioral health environment.
