About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to patients in Beltsville, Silver Spring, Laurel, Greenbelt, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build relationships with patients, focusing on quality care rather than a hectic facility schedule.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, wound care, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
- Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, and caregivers
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
