About The Position
Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Cardiac Medical Unit (CMU) team at their Level III trauma center in Nampa, Idaho. This unit cares for patients requiring observation for chest pain or those awaiting outpatient status. The role offers a fast-paced, independent work environment with strong leadership and opportunities for career growth and advanced training. There are also opportunities to gain exposure to the Cath Lab due to close collaboration between the CMU and Cath Lab teams.
Requirements
- Currently hold an Idaho or multistate RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- If you have a multistate license, you would need to establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients who need additional observation to rule out chest pains or outpatient status patients.
- Work in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Cath Lab team.
- Gain exposure to the Cath Lab and cardiac experience.
