About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at AirSculpt involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with surgeons and other medical staff in the operating room, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining exceptional patient service. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA.
• Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians and Medical Assistants, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
• Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately.
• Ensure the highest level of patient care and service is provided at all times.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
• Complete projects and perform other duties as determined by management.

Requirements

• Current RN/LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR, BLS, ACLS, and IV certification (or must obtain upon hiring)
• Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus
• Familiarity with plastic surgical procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work on weekends as needed
