Requirements
- Active RN license in the applicable state.

- Ability to lead and collaborate within a healthcare team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing home experience is often preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring high-quality treatment.
- Regularly assess residents' health status, monitor changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Lead and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of care, medications, and residents' conditions.
- Provide guidance and health education to residents and their families.
