About the position
This position is responsible for assessing patient and family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcome evaluations of the care plan provided by the nursing team. The role includes providing direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations across various age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, while adhering to the ICARE standards and the Code of Conduct of Blessing Health Systems.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family health problems and resources.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.
- Demonstrate understanding of the functional/developmental age of individuals served.
- Participate actively in fulfilling the Missions of Blessing Health Systems.
Requirements
- Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintains current BLS certification.
- One year of nursing experience required for Per Diem II positions.
- Possesses current State RN license.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
- One year of nursing experience preferred for Weekender/Per Diem positions.
