About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at AirSculpt involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to ensuring a remarkable patient experience. This full-time role requires compliance with healthcare regulations and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Performing nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly and setting up sterile fields.
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner according to company standards.
  • Communicating effectively with the team, including physicians and Medical Assistants, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately.
  • Ensuring the highest level of patient care and service is provided at all times.
  • Following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Increasing physicians' overall patient retention by providing high-quality patient care and experience.
  • Assisting in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Remaining tactful and mature while getting along with diverse personalities.
  • Completing other projects and/or duties as determined by Clinical Leadership.

Requirements

  • Current Nurse license (RN, LVN or LPN).
  • Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
  • Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States, and RPNs in Canada.
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and experience.
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients and team members.
