About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at AirSculpt involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, primarily in the operating room. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and deliver the highest level of patient service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner according to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians and Medical Assistants, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and service is provided at all times.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Complete projects and perform other duties as determined by the Practice Manager, Regional Lead Nurse, and/or Director of Clinical Operations.

Requirements

  • Current RN/LPN license and a minimum of two years' experience.
  • Current CPR, BLS, ACLS, and IV certification (or must obtain upon hiring).
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with plastic surgical procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
