Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab-Full Time Nights $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

About the position

Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Night Shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. The role offers a SIGN ON BONUS of $10,000 and a pay rate of up to $48.00 per hour, with additional $3.50 shift differentials for nights and weekends. Responsibilities

• Partner with a Nursing Assistant to handle a manageable case load.
• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Requirements

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.

Nice-to-haves

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
