Registered Nurse RN Float Pool RN Weekend Option Days
About The Position
The Float Pool Weekend Option Days position involves working 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, but being paid for 36 hours, with Day 1 Benefits. The St. Mary's RN Float Pool has two levels: Float RN Level 1 is responsible for patient care across various specified nursing units and requires a minimum of 18 months of med/surg/intermediate care experience. Float RN Level 2 is responsible for patient care across various nursing units, including specialty areas in Critical Care, and requires a minimum of 18 months of med/surg/intermediate care experience plus one year of critical care RN experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.
- One year of critical care RN experience (for Float RN Level 2).
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of specified nursing units.
