Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical Patient.
- This nursing care ranges from preoperative intervention onto postoperative evaluation.
- It is a practice designed to meet a patient's needs through the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care during the surgical experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state Registered Nurse license: Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of New Jersey and must be familiar with the Basic Nursing Performance Standards as outlined in the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act.
- ACLS & PALS certifications required
