Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, evaluating, implementing, and documenting clinical care in accordance with OHI standards.
- Delivering efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
- Adhering to the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current Oklahoma RN License.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
