Responsibilities
- Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post surgical conditions.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
- Completes all documents timely.
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse RN license required.
- Must have current CPR Certification.
- Compassionate Registered Nurse RN with great time management skills.
