This PRN hybrid role offers hours between Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays from 8:00am–12:00pm. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN) required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
  • Build lasting relationships with children and families.
  • Assess patients, potentially without face-to-face interaction.
  • Understand the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
