About The Position

We are seeking an RN for an onsite role at our Primary Care office in Fishers, IN. Responsibilities include phone triage, medication refills, communicating results, prior authorizations, nurse visits, referrals, stat scheduling, and occasional rooming support. This is a large, 13-provider clinic that offers convenient amenities, including free parking, an onsite gym, and a cafe. Core working hours: Monday - Friday; Must be available as early as 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends! No holidays! Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with over two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
