Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult general medical and medical oncology patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Strong analytic abilities.
