About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU to join our team. This position requires a Wisconsin RN License and BLS/ACLS certifications. A minimum of two years of experience is necessary, and candidates must have completed at least one prior travel contract. Experience with EPIC charting is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Wisconsin RN License
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU
• At least one completed travel contract
• EPIC charting experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, responding to changes as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in EPIC.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
