About the position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care in the Greater Tucson area. The role involves making home visits to clients, delivering skilled nursing care, and ensuring the well-being of patients through assessments and education. The RN will work in a flexible environment, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.
Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Administer medication, wound care, and treatments as required.
- Perform client assessments and provide education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients' conditions and document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
Requirements
- Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
