About the position
The Registered Nurse position at On Site Medical involves providing urgent and occupational healthcare to construction workers at a high-tech manufacturing site in Chandler, Arizona. Nurses will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding patient care and will work closely with site managers to ensure the health and safety of workers. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and the ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by Clinical Director, Site Managers, and Medical Director.
- Provide care education to patients in person.
- Work with patients and their safety managers on returning workers to work promptly.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA).
- Adhere to all job site requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 4+ years of RN experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance is essential.
- Case management experience is a plus.
- Industrial Medicine/Occupational Health experience is a plus.
