Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital, located in Mooresville, North Carolina, is a 123-bed acute-care hospital that has been serving the greater Lake Norman area, Iredell County, and surrounding communities since 1926. The facility offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties. This position offers $15k as Commitment Bonus. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- One to three years previous clinical nursing experience highly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in the area of specialty required for specialty area.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Nice-to-haves
- National certification in area of specialty.
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention certification.
