Fort Loudoun Medical Center is equipped with a team of more than 200 doctors in more than 29 specialty areas. The Registered Nurse Education Coordinator will direct and perform orientation appropriate to all new patient care employees and re-orient and educate current employees to changes in policies and procedures and federal and state guidelines and regulations regarding care and documentation. This role involves preparing, directing, scheduling, and providing education and instruction on topics pertinent to health care, new procedures, and high-tech operations. The coordinator will also develop and revise printed forms for documentation to meet standards and improve time management, as well as prepare new policies and procedures along with revising existing ones.
