About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) to support Workers’ Compensation cases throughout the Denver area on a flexible 1099 basis. This is a hybrid field-based role with a flexible schedule. The role involves coordinating care for injured workers, attending medical appointments, monitoring treatment progress, communicating with various stakeholders, preparing case management reports, and supporting return-to-work planning and recovery outcomes. This is an independent, consultative role with autonomy, offering no bedside care, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license
- 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Reliable transportation for local travel

- CCM or related certification preferred
