Trinity Services is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in their New Lenox location, focusing on providing medical services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical services for adults in the residential program.
- Work with physicians, therapists, lab services, and local hospitals.
- Provide medication administration training to direct care staff.
- Conduct annual health appointments and assessments.
- Oversee specialists and other home health needs.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois.
- One year of clinical experience in the last five years, preferably in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
