Responsibilities
- Assess client health problems and needs.

- Advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Provide case management as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and document accordingly.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate client care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Related professional work experience.
