About The Position

Thrive Hive ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working directly with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans. If you are committed to making a meaningful impact in children’s lives and enjoy working in a family-centered, ethical, and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! As an RBT/BT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance. You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills. Thrive Hive ABA LLC is a values-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental challenges. Requirements

Must be over the age of 18
High school diploma or equivalent
current RBT / BT certification (If BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)
