Thrive Hive ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working directly with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans. As an RBT/BT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance. You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills.
