About The Position

Thrive Hive ABA LLC is a values-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental challenges. Founded on principles of ethics, integrity, and excellence, we deliver personalized, in-home therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. Our team of skilled BCBAs and RBTs work collaboratively with families to foster meaningful progress and lasting growth, creating an environment where both children and staff thrive. At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe in supporting our team just as much as our clients, providing ongoing training, professional development, and a culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and purpose. As an RBT/BT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance. You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• current RBT / BT certification (if BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism preferred
• Passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans and record session progress
• Collect and maintain accurate data for each client
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
