The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Maxim Healthcare Services involves working one-on-one with children with Autism in the Hampstead area. Responsibilities
- Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
- Document child progress and milestones
- Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with children (1 year)
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development
- Experience as a Child Development worker, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
