About the position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position involves providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role focuses on implementing behavior-analytic strategies to enhance functional behaviors while reducing those that may hinder learning and social opportunities. This position is part-time with the potential for full-time work, offering a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Requirements

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred (1 year).
• Experience in Special Education is preferred (1 year).
