About the position

Proud Moments ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum in a home-based setting. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of families and their children. BTs will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialized treatment to clients in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
• Support BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families.
• Engage clients with fun, creative, and innovative ideas.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions, which may include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, squatting, and kneeling.

Requirements

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
