About the position
Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students in Cumberland, RI. This role focuses on helping students thrive academically and socially through individualized behavior intervention plans and collaboration with educational professionals.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Monitor and document student behavior and progress accurately to inform future strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes student success.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification
