Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) FT/PT

About the position

Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one interventions, teaching social and daily living skills, communication skills, and behavior intervention for children with autism in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
• Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation
• Collect behavior data, including and record data in CentralReach after each session
• Participate in training and clinical supervision
• Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
• Valid driver's license and transportation

Nice-to-haves

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
