About the position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President to lead and oversee the operations of our hospice and housecall services across in Oklahoma and Kansas. This executive-level position requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, strategic growth, and team management. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing financial outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and direction for the hospice and housecalls business within the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, improve patient care, and ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team, including clinical, operational, and administrative personnel.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability, focusing on patient-centered care.
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of all hospice and housecalls services within the region.
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to maintain optimal service levels and clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements for hospice and housecalls services.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Provide regular updates to the Executive Team regarding regional performance, financial results, and any significant issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on hospice care, home health, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site operations, budgets, and large teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospice care regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, including Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and growth.
  • A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families.
