Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 8 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment
- At least 8 years' experience in a leadership role
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Leadership over Parts and Service Departments including regular weekly travel to all assigned locations at Allegiance
- Implement monthly operational reviews with locations in assigned region
- Ensure 100% compliance of daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in service within assigned locations
- Full P&L responsibility for the Fixed Operations as well as support functions of assigned locations, responsible for meeting and exceeding annual budget
- Through direct actions, drive positive cultural mindset across assigned locations, supporting Allegiance Trucks cultural initiatives
- Ensure achievement of highest level of factory programs (i.e. International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence)
- Oversight of the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of locations across assigned footprint
- Support of whole goods and lease and rental operations
- Other duties as assigned
