Regional Vice President of Operations
About The Position
This role involves high-leverage activities and leadership over Parts and Service Departments, including regular weekly travel to all assigned locations. The Regional Vice President of Operations will conduct monthly operational reviews with locations in the assigned region and ensure 100% compliance with daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in service within assigned locations. The position holds full P&L responsibility for Fixed Operations and support functions of assigned locations, aiming to meet and exceed the annual budget. A key aspect of the role is to drive a positive cultural mindset across assigned locations, supporting Allegiance Trucks' cultural initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of the highest level of factory programs (e.g., International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence). The role also includes oversight of the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of locations across the assigned footprint, support of whole goods and lease and rental operations, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 8 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment.
- At least 8 years' experience in a leadership role.

- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred).
