About the position

The Regional Truck Driver position at Roehl Transport involves hauling largely no-touch freight across the central part of the United States. Drivers will typically be home weekly for 48 hours and can increase their income by becoming a Driver Trainer or referring other drivers. This role is essential for maintaining efficient freight transport while ensuring drivers have predictable schedules and routes.

Responsibilities

• Haul largely no-touch freight to various locations in the central U.S.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load status and any issues that arise during transport.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each load.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to driving and safety.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with dispatch and customers.

• Experience with no-touch freight operations.
• Previous experience as a truck driver trainer.
