About the position

The Regional Sales Executive (Bilingual Mandarin) at Bear Robotics is responsible for expanding sales revenue by adding new accounts and managing existing ones within the assigned verticals, which include restaurants, senior living housing, hotels, and more. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing referral partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with various teams. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement, with a focus on achieving growth targets in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set targets for the territory in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director.
  • Develop a RaaS (Robot as a Service) sales and marketing strategy.
  • Identify key influencers and make sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Review and present proposals and agreements to customers.
  • Secure executed RaaS agreements from customers and key accounts.
  • Update and maintain the company's CRM for the territory.
  • Review dashboards and reports to assess progress against targets.
  • Work closely with Field Operations and Customer Success teams for seamless service.
  • Support product management by communicating customer feature requests.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in opening new markets and establishing new customers.
  • Proven sales and marketing ability with technical products.
  • Track record of increasing sales revenue and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong computer skills with NetSuite, Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Concur.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin with professional fluency required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3 years of outside sales experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Restaurant Operations/Management experience or 1-year Broadline Food Distributor sales experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous hardware and SaaS software experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
